Overview

okusan721 shares a free animation preset on BOOTH that creates light streaks when applied to an adjustment layer. The colour of the light is set with Tint, the brightness of the source light with Curves, and the direction and length of the streaks with CC Radial Fast Blur Center and Amount, with Add or Screen blending recommended.

The listing says it was tested in After Effects 2025 at Full HD and that videos made with it can be used commercially without credit. BOOTH lists it at ¥0, and the download (光の筋.zip, 3.3 KB) requires a free pixiv/BOOTH account login.
