Andy French shares a free Cubase drum map for the Toontrack Superior Drummer 2.0 N.Y. Avatar full kit on his blog. He built it in Cubase 9 by creating an empty map in Drum Map Setup, previewing each key from the Drum Editor and naming it after the sound Superior Drummer played.

He notes that his setup differed in places from the shared spreadsheet he used, so some customisation may be needed. The file avatar-full-kit.drm is a direct download from the post, and Superior Drummer 2.0 with the Avatar kit is needed.
