Groove Monkee, a MIDI drum loop company, offers a free zip of Cubase drum maps with a blog post on using them. The zip holds 15 .drm files for Addictive Drums, BeatBuddy, BFD, EZdrummer and EZdrummer 2 Modern and Vintage, GetGood Drums Massive with GGD and Halpern mappings, MODO Drum, MOR 2, Steven Slate Drums 4 and 5, Studio Drummer and Superior Drummer 2 and 3.

The post shows how to load a map in Drum Map Setup, connect it to the right instrument output and edit parts in the Drum Editor. The drum instruments are needed, and the zip is a direct download with no sign-up.
