Forum user JohnFromEngland shares a free zip of Cubase drum maps for Toontrack Superior Drummer 3 and a long list of EZdrummer EZX expansions on the Steinberg forums. The set runs from Americana, Big Rock Drums and Drumkit from Hell through Latin Percussion, Metalheads and Nashville to The Blues, Traditional Country and Vintage Rock, and each map has its quantize value set to 1/16.

He says the note names were taken from the PDF documentation of each library. The zip is attached to the first post, and the Toontrack instruments are needed.
