Jared Thirsk shares 79 free Cubase expression maps he made for Vienna Symphonic Library instruments, released under the Unlicense on GitHub. Most cover the Big Bang Orchestra series and Synchron Brass, with more maps for Synchron Drums, Elite Strings and Strings Pro, the Synchronized Appassionata, Dimension and Solo Strings, Woodwinds and Special Edition, and VI Special Edition.

The README says he aims to cover large numbers of articulations, such as those in the Full presets of Solo Strings, and marks BBO and VI SE as the most complete. The VSL libraries are needed, and the files are a direct download from the repository.
