Free Godot 4.0 Project: Heart Platformer 2D Platformer (HeartBeast)

Overview

HeartBeast shares the Heart Platformer project, a small 2D platformer made in Godot 4. Player movement values such as speed, acceleration, friction and jump velocity live in a PlayerMovementData resource, with default, faster and slow variants.

The project also has hearts, spikes and hazard areas, two levels with a level transition, a start menu and a victory screen. It uses the GL Compatibility renderer and is an MIT-licensed free download from GitHub.
