Overview
bifrost-dl-core is an open-source set of Bifrost deformer and rigging compounds for Maya 2022 by GitHub user dtlindsey, inspired by Rhythm & Hues-style character rigging. The example files basic_deformer_setup.ma, dl_mesh_object_blends_example.ma and multi_res_geom.mb show magnet, weight-volume and blend-deform setups built with the compounds, so you can trace how each deformer is wired inside the Bifrost graph.
It is a free direct download from GitHub under the MIT license (.ma/.mb scenes plus compound .json files); Bifrost 2.3.0 or newer is required, and multi_res_geom.mb weighs about 44MB. Best suited to riggers curious about custom deformers in Bifrost.
