Overview

Tomas Lefebvre's TX_HueKeyer is an alternative to the basic curve based hue keyer in Nuke. It lets you select the desired hue precisely and quickly with a picker, then finesse the selection by constraining it by the saturation and/or the luminance of the selected area.

The tool is only expression based, to keep the Nuke script fast. Nukepedia lists it for Nuke 6.0 or later, and it is free with a Nukepedia account.
