Free TouchDesigner 099 Project: Linea ROOM Kinect Line Drawing (Nima Gazestani)

Overview

Nima Gazestani, an interaction designer and instructor, shares Linea ROOM #1 as a TouchDesigner asset on the Derivative community site. The .toe builds a single line from the Kinect V2 player index, smoothed with Facet, Sweep, Stretch, Lag and Spring operators, and inverts the image with a Level TOP when you cover your eyes.

The post adds that a green screen or static image differencing can replace the Kinect. The file, KinecT_LINEA.11.toe, was made in TouchDesigner 099 and downloads for free.
