Free TouchDesigner 2023.11760 Component: PLATEAU 3D City Model CityGML Importer (Project PLATEAU, MLIT)

Overview

Project PLATEAU of Japan's Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism publishes this TouchDesigner tool, developed by BASSDRUM, for working with PLATEAU 3D city model data. It converts CityGML city models to OBJ for chosen mesh areas, can center a specific location, filters features such as buildings and roads, sets the level of detail and exports attribute information as CSV, while textured output is not supported.

The repository contains the main toe, 18 component .tox files and geolocation and interactive example projects, and the README lists TouchDesigner 2023.11760 as the tested build. The tool and its Japanese manual are a free direct download under the MIT license.
