Free TouchDesigner Component: CRT TV Filter GLSL RGB Pixel Simulator (greenrhyno)

Overview

greenrhyno shares CRT TV Filter in the Derivative community Asset section, a GLSL-based CRT TV simulator made while rendering a close-up of a realistic old CRT TV. A simple fragment shader renders the RGB LEDs in an accurate pixel array, and a bloom filter on top simulates the light bleed seen on a CRT monitor.

Any TOP can be fed in, and the parameters virtualResolution, pixelIntensity, pixelSize and pixelSoftness set the virtual pixel grid and the look of each LED. CRT_Filter.tox (7.62 KB) is a free direct download from the post.
