Free TouchDesigner Component: Droste Effect and Infinite Regression GLSL Filters (Theo_Rosemffet)

Overview

Theo_Rosemffet shares two .tox components in the Derivative community Asset section that recreate the famous Droste Effect and Infinite Regression with GLSL. The code was ported to TouchDesigner from Roy Wiggins' blog articles on implementing the Droste effect in WebGL and on infinite regression.

On the Droste effect, Scale controls the scaling in z and can be animated, R scales the input image, Ratio sets how tight the spiral loops, Offset displaces the UV and Extend Mode sets the tiling, while the Infinite Regression effect adds an Angle parameter that curves the copies from squares into a square spiral.
