Torin Blankensmith shares this MediaPipe plugin for TouchDesigner on GitHub under the MIT license. The main MediaPipe.tox runs Google's MediaPipe vision models on the GPU inside an embedded Chromium browser and outputs a DAT per vision task and a TOP with the video feed and overlays.

Example components cover face detection and landmarks, hand tracking and gestures, pose tracking, object detection, image classification and segmentation, and the README states that it runs on Mac and PC with no installation. The release.zip on GitHub Releases is a free direct download that contains the demo toe and all components.
