Free TouchDesigner Component: Novation Launch Control XL MIDI Mapping Utility (GabPelland)

Overview

GabPelland shares the LaunchControlXL Utility in the Derivative community Asset section, a component that simplifies the MIDI mapping process for the Novation LaunchControl XL. Controls can be added dynamically by track and control type (fader, knob or button), MIDI values from 0 to 127 can be remapped to custom ranges, and each control can use default or toggle behavior.

Output CHOP channels can be renamed, LED feedback keeps the controller in sync with TouchDesigner, and User and Factory templates can be switched. The post lists version 1.2.1, updated on 2025.11.30, and the .tox (5.54 KB) is a free direct download.
