Free TouchDesigner Project: Voxelized MRI Scan Visualization with Instancing (Greg Finger)

Overview

Greg Finger shares Cortex, a TouchDesigner project that turns stacks of MRI scan slices into a voxelized, distortable model. cortex.toe comes preloaded with three MRI sets, and the Scan_Master component can read any properly indexed image folder through a Folder DAT. Its parameters set rotation, scale and a threshold that discards empty pixels, since one instance is created per pixel of each slice.
