Free DaVinci Resolve 20 Project: Colorist Guide Lesson Files (Blackmagic Design)

Overview

Blackmagic Design offers the lesson files for The Colorist Guide to DaVinci Resolve 20, its official color grading training book, as a free three-part download from the DaVinci Resolve training page. Part 1 is the Disunity Documentary project archive (.dra), part 2 holds the Too Much Life Trailer .drp project with trailer timelines and a .drx still, and part 3 holds The Long Workday Commercial and a Blackmagic RAW project with four .braw clips and two .cube LUTs.

The lessons cover balancing footage, shot matching, isolated corrections, conforming an XML timeline and node trees, and the book says most exercises can be completed in the free version of DaVinci Resolve 20. The three ZIPs total about 6 GB and need no sign-up.
