Overview

Thatcher Freeman shares utility-dctls, a free MIT-licensed GitHub collection of creative and utility DCTLs that the author developed for DaVinci Resolve. It holds 132 .dctl files sorted into Effects, Operations and Utilities, with effects such as film grain, halation, bleach bypass, a dye simulator and gamut compression, plus 18 Fusion fuses.

The README documents each tool's parameters and says the DCTLs go in Resolve's LUT folder and the fuses in the Fusion Fuses folder. The repository is a free download from GitHub with no sign-up.
