Free Revit 2017 Family Pack: KBIMS Furniture, Landscape and Elevator Library v2.0 (Precon / KBIMS)

Overview

Precon Architects made this second KBIMS library for the Korean open BIM research group, covering trades outside the main architecture and structure set. According to the page, it is a single library of 560 files in four groups built to the standardized KBIMS specification, meant to cut the time needed for BIM drawings.

The Revit folder holds furniture (280 families such as lobby chairs and bar stools), landscape (153, including trees and site lighting), vertical transportation (25, such as passenger elevators) and other site elements (102, such as lane markings and crosswalks), each with an IFC export. The page lists Revit 2017 or later, and the files are a free download from a public Google Drive folder.
