Free Revit 2017 Family Pack: KBIMS Korean Standard Architecture and Structure Library v2.0 (Precon / KBIMS)

Overview

Precon Architects produced this Revit library for the Korean open BIM research group (KBIMS), following the Korea BIM Standard so that objects can carry information from schematic design through construction and maintenance. Version 2.0 contains 386 component families for foundations, columns, beams, doors, windows, curtain walls, stairs, ramps, railings, sanitary fixtures and annotation symbols, plus 1,041 .rte files holding wall, floor, ceiling and roof types, and IFC exports of the objects.

The page states that the parameters can be edited to suit each office and that the library needs Revit 2017 or later on Windows 10. The files are a free download from a public Google Drive folder linked on the KBIMS results page, with the KBIMS library authoring standard as a PDF attachment.
