Herman Miller shares the Revit families of its table range on its 3D Models and Planning Tools site. The Download All Revit Family Components archive contains 371 families with type catalogs for Everywhere, Headway, HAY Boa, Motia, Nevi, Nevi Link, Passport, Renew, Renew Link and Spout tables, including sit-to-stand desks.

Herman Miller's FAQ states that the families were converted to Revit Architecture 2020 and load into Revit 2020 or newer. The full ZIP (about 498 MB) and smaller per-product archives are free direct downloads without an account.
