Overview

Aussie BIM Guru (Gavin Crump) keeps this dataset in his Revit-Files repository of files that accompany his videos. The zip holds a basic takeoff project model, a multi-category schedule types spreadsheet and a Revit shared parameter file that defines ABG_TakeoffRate, ABG_CostGroup and ABG_CostItemized.

The model was saved in Revit 2022. It is a free direct download from GitHub.
