Free Revit 2024 Project: HBIM Reconstruction of the Alumbres Tower, Almería (Martínez Carricondo et al.)

Overview

Four researchers share on figshare the data from their digital recording and virtual reconstruction of the Torre de los Alumbres, a 16th-century fort in Níjar, Almería, Spain. The work combines UAV-based photogrammetry with heritage building information modelling (HBIM).

The dataset includes the Revit HBIM model of the tower, a LAS point cloud and the photogrammetry project data such as the dense cloud and tiled model. The Revit file was saved in Revit 2024, and all files are free direct downloads under a CC BY 4.0 licence.
