Free Revit 2026 Project: Multi-Level Residential BIM Model with Schedules and Quantity Take-Offs (Tapskingg)

Overview

Tapskingg shares on GitHub a multi-level residential building developed in Revit as a portfolio project. The model includes dimensioned architectural floor plans, walls, floors, roofs, doors and windows, coordinated 3D views, door, wall and window schedules, and material quantity take-offs with cost calculations.

PDF exports of the floor, ceiling, structural and site plans, the four elevations and two sections sit next to the model. The file was saved in Revit 2026, and the repository is a free download under the MIT licence.
