Free Revit Family Pack: Lightweight Parametric Furniture and Sanitary Families for M4(2) Layouts (StudioLE)

Overview

StudioLE shares this GitHub collection of simple, generic, lightweight and fully parametric Revit families designed with M4(2) and M4(3) compliance in mind. The 16 families cover basins, baths, beds, chairs, desks, screens, shower trays, sofas, storage, tables and WCs, with sizes drawn from the Appendix D Furniture Schedule of Approved Document M.

Layout families combine commonly used items, such as an M4(2) bathroom, kitchen runs and lounge arrangements that switch between types, and a table family controls the quantity and position of chairs through parameters. The files and an Index.rvt overview are a free download from GitHub, individually or as a ZIP of the repository.
