Free Revit Family Pack: USACE BIM Object Library of Generic Families (US Army Corps of Engineers)

Overview

The CAD/BIM Technology Center of the US Army Corps of Engineers hosts the USACE BIM Object Library (UBOL), a catalog of BIM objects submitted by USACE districts. The library is meant to hold generic objects rather than manufacturer-specific ones, and it can be filtered by 41 Revit categories such as air terminals, casework, doors, windows, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, sprinklers, planting, site and structural connections and framing.

Each object page lists its types with dimensions, OmniClass codes and the submitting district. Families are added to a cart and download together as a ZIP after a short form asking for name, email and organization, with no price.
