Overview

Unity Technologies offers the 3D Game Kit, a collection of ready-made gameplay systems, tools and assets that help artists, designers and beginners build a 3D game without writing code. It includes a complete two-level game in which Principal Engineer Ellen, crash-landed on an alien planet, avoids hazards and defeats enemies in ancient ruins.

The kit covers player movement and interactions, enemies, hazards and environmental gameplay, reusable level-building assets and example scenes, with tutorials on Unity Learn. Version 1.9.5 (about 2.2 GB) supports Unity 2020.3, 2022.3 and 6000.3 and is free after signing in with a Unity account, under the Unity Companion License.
