Overview

Adam B (Grzybojad) shares Procedural City Generation, an Unreal Engine project with implementations of several procedural generation methods used to generate a virtual city, all written in C++. The generation is split into terrain, road network and building stages, each with two methods: Perlin noise or diamond-square terrain, Voronoi-based or custom road expansion networks, and plot extrusion or shrinking layer stacking for buildings.

The README shows example cities that combine the methods, and the project has separate maps for city, terrain and building generation. It targets engine version 5.1 and is a free MIT-licensed download from GitHub.
