Free Cubase 12 MIDI Remote Scripts: Akai MPD226 and Alesis V61 (Mat Bryant)

Overview

Mat Bryant shares two free MIDI Remote scripts on the Steinberg forums, exported from Cubase 12 after he got an Akai MPD226 and an Alesis V61 working with it. One script covers the MPD226 pad controller and the other the Alesis V61 keyboard controller.

For the MPD226, he explains checking each control's channel and CC in the controller's edit mode and switching the transport buttons to MIDI CC so Cubase recognises them. Both .midiremote files are attached to his second post in the thread.
