Forum user noremorze shares a free Cubase MIDI Remote script on the Steinberg forums that runs the PreSonus FaderPort 8 in its native Studio One mode instead of the Mackie or MIDI mode protocols. Building on earlier scripts by santiagoa and Mike Bello, it adds clearer display text, value bars, pan display in Track mode, Shift+fader reset to 0 dB, a VU metering mode and timecode display.

Bypass toggles all inserts on the selected channel, and other buttons open the Logical Editor, Project Logical Editor and Channel Editor. The .midiremote file is attached to the forum post and has been updated several times.
