Overview

Giampaolo Gesuale's MIDI Remote script for the Behringer BCR2000 is shared for free in Steinberg's midiremote-userscripts repository on GitHub. Its Focus page uses the BCR2000 encoder-group buttons to switch between sends, focused Quick Controls, track Quick Controls and cues, and the EQ Q/TYPE button switches the lower knobs between Q and filter type.

The README says all knobs must be set to rel1 relative mode and all buttons to toggle off before the script is used. The folder contains the .js script, an importable .midiremote file and PDF guides.
