Overview

Mike Bello shares free Cubase MIDI Remote scripts for the PreSonus FaderPort 8 and FaderPort 16 on the Steinberg forums, written with help from ChatGPT to replace as much mouse use as possible. They add custom pages for mixing, editing and transport, let the faders control plugin parameters, and give the buttons automation modes such as Latch, Trim, Touch, Read and Write.

Knob modes cover event selection, zoom and scrolling, and the FaderPort is switched into MIDI mode by pressing both Shift buttons. Both .midiremote files are attached to the post, which the creator describes as a work in progress.
