Free Revit 2017 Project: KBIMS 10-Storey Neighbourhood Commercial Building Sample Model (PRECON Architects)

Overview

PRECON Architects published this sample model among the supporting materials for the KBIMS library and template outputs of the Korean Open BIM research group, run with buildingSMART Korea. The Revit model shows a 10-storey neighbourhood commercial building (근린생활시설) built with the KBIMS v2.0 standard content, and an IFC export sits in the same folder.

The same page also lists the library and template guidelines, shared parameters and a material library. The model was saved in Revit 2017 as a workshared central file of about 320 MB and is a free direct download from Google Drive.
