Free Revit 2017 Project Template: KBIMS Intermediate Design Template v2.0 (PRECON Architects)

Overview

PRECON Architects published this Revit template through the Korean Open BIM research group run with buildingSMART Korea. Version 2.0 is set up for the intermediate design stage of small and mid-sized architectural projects, with the minimum information needed for design and drawing work already configured.

It includes the standardised KBIMS library v2.0, and the page also offers a template creation guideline PDF and a demonstration video. The roughly 216 MB .rte file is a free direct download from a Google Drive folder and lists Revit 2017 or later as the environment.
