Overview

Revit 2020 意匠サンプルモデル ver 1.7 is a Japanese-specification architectural sample building made by Autodesk Japan and distributed through the BIM Design library. The project is a multi-storey office-type building with site, rooms, finish schedules, area and quantity plans and code-check drawings, equivalent to the サンプル意匠 project bundled with Revit 2021 and later.

It downloads free as a zip containing the .rvt file and a reference shared-parameter text file; on the page you confirm the ダウンロード認証 prompt to start the download. Revit 2020 is past technical support, so this is archived data, but it remains a clear example of Japanese-style architectural documentation set-up in Revit.
