Free Revit 2021 Project: HVAC System Test Models for Systems Analysis and OpenStudio (National Laboratory of the Rockies)

Overview

The National Laboratory of the Rockies (NatLabRockies) gbxml-to-openstudio repository, which releases the OpenStudio CLI used by Revit Systems Analysis, includes a folder of Revit test models for its gbXML HVAC import. There is one model per HVAC system type, covering active chilled beams, air systems, baseboards, CAV, VAV and fan-powered boxes, DOAS, fan coils, PTAC and PTHP units, radiant panels, unit heaters and ventilators, VRF, water-source heat pumps, ideal air loads and unconditioned zones.

The same test resources hold gbXML files, weather data and an OpenStudio workflow template. The models were saved in Revit 2021 format and are free to download from GitHub.
