Overview

ShapthaJeeva shares on GitHub an electrical BIM design for a small technology consulting office, made in Revit for a Smart Buildings and Green Technology assignment. The electrical model covers power outlet and lighting fixture placement, light-switch connectivity, distribution board circuiting, conduit design and panel schedule generation for rooms such as the reception, open office, meeting room, pantry and server room.

The repository contains the electrical design model, the base office layout model and PDF sheets for the power, lighting and switch layouts. The files were saved in Revit 2026 and are a free download.
