Free Revit 2025 Project: 30 Scenario Models with Energy Analysis Reports (Tom Hermolle)

Overview

Tom Hermolle shares on GitHub the data collection for an MDP research project: 30 Autodesk Revit models and their energy analysis reports. The scenario files are named by three groups (LUD, MUD and HUD) and by Conventional, Extensive, Intensive and IntensiveWithTrees variants at 0, 18, 47 and 100 percent.

Each scenario has a Full Analysis Report - No HVAC in HTML showing OpenStudio results for annual and monthly energy use. The models were saved in Revit 2025 and the repository is a free download with no sign-in.
