Free Revit 2023 Project Template: NBS BIM Templates for the BIM Object Standard 2.2 (NBS)

Overview

NBS publishes these Revit template files to align projects and families with the NBS BIM Object Standard and its shared parameter file. The zip contains one project template, preloaded with family types including wall assemblies and wall coverings, and seven generic family templates for unhosted, ceiling, face, floor, line, roof and wall based families.

According to NBS, using the templates with the NBS Shared Parameters file gives consistent data standards and parameter GUIDs across an organization. The download is a free direct zip of about 5 MB, and the project template header shows Revit 2023.
