Free Revit 2024 Project: Brazilian Social Housing Reference Models, 5 Typologies (LabEEE UFSC)

Overview

LabEEE at the Federal University of Santa Catarina shares reference models of typical Brazilian social housing, created from Triana's 2016 thesis within the hab.labeee project. Five typologies are included: an H-shaped multi-family block, a linear multi-family block, semi-detached and detached single-storey houses, and stacked semi-detached units.

Each typology has an architectural Revit model, EnergyPlus IDF energy models and a PDF specification booklet. The GitHub repository is a free download, and its README restricts use and reproduction to academic purposes with citation of the source.
