Free Revit 2024 Project: Brazilian Social Housing Reference Models after Portaria 725 (LabEEE UFSC)

Overview

LabEEE at the Federal University of Santa Catarina publishes on Zenodo updated reference models of typical Brazilian social housing that reflect the mandatory requirements of Portaria MCID No. 725 of June 2023. Five typologies are covered, each with an architectural Revit model, EnergyPlus 24.1 energy models and a PDF specification booklet.

The energy models are grouped by bioclimatic zones, with fully air-conditioned and naturally ventilated versions and a separate reference-condition model under NBR 15575. The Revit models were saved in Revit 2024 as template files, and the zip is free under CC BY 4.0.
